Satisfaction & Refund Policy

All purchases at Elsewhere Academy are subject to the following terms. By enrolling in a course, you agree to this policy.

Refund Eligibility Refund requests are considered only if both of the following conditions are met: the request is submitted within 3 days of the original purchase date, and less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed. If either condition is not met, the purchase is final and no refund will be issued.

How to Request a Refund To submit a request, email support@elsewhereacademy.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

No Exceptions We do not issue refunds outside of the conditions above, regardless of circumstance. This includes change of mind, failure to complete a course, dissatisfaction with outcomes, or purchases made in error after content has been accessed beyond the 20% threshold.

Why This Policy Exists Course content at Elsewhere Academy represents significant work by our instructors. This policy exists to protect that work while still giving genuine purchasers a fair window to evaluate what they enrolled in.

Digital Products

All digital product sales at Elsewhere Academy are subject to the following terms. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

What This Covers This policy applies to all downloadable products including templates, workbooks, PDFs, spreadsheets, swipe files, and e-books.

Refund Eligibility A refund may be requested only if both conditions are met: the request is submitted within 3 days of the original purchase date, and the file has not been downloaded. Once a digital product has been downloaded, the sale is final. No exceptions.

No Exceptions We do not issue refunds on downloaded files under any circumstances, including change of mind, file format incompatibility, or failure to read the product description before purchasing. Please review all product details carefully before buying.

Defective or Incorrect Files If you receive a file that is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from what was described, contact us at support@elsewhereacademy.com and we will resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
